Over the years, I’ve gathered recipes from many different places—family and friends, cookbooks, magazines, and countless websites. Many have become favourites in our home, and quite a few have been tweaked here and there to suit our family’s tastes and the ingredients we like to use.

Where a recipe has come from another author or website, I’ve tried to acknowledge the original source whenever possible. I am grateful to those who have shared their recipes and inspired many of the meals we’ve enjoyed over the years.
